ABOUT ANKA · A JOURNEY IN THE MAKING

Our journey.

Built through products, people and the everyday work of bringing goods across borders.

ROOTS SINCE 1997. A NEW CHAPTER WITH ANKA.

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. DRIVEN BY OPPORTUNITY.

We started with products.
We learned through experience.

Behind every shipment are decisions, conversations and lessons learned. From a predecessor business founded in 1997 to ANKA today, our journey connects Chinese manufacturing, electric mobility and international trade with a broader ambition: making supply easier to navigate.

Milestones trace the development of ANKA’s predecessor business. Images illustrate the journey rather than document individual historical events.

OUR STORY · 1997–1998

Where it all began.

From Zhuhai to Hong Kong. From China to Southeast Asia.

The business that preceded ANKA was established in Zhuhai in 1997 and moved to Hong Kong the following year. Motorcycle trade in Southeast Asia marked the beginning of a journey connecting products, suppliers and international markets.

Our roots are in trade. Our direction has always reached beyond borders.

HOW WE GREW · 2003

Closer to the making.

A move from trading products to investing in production.

In 2003, the predecessor business invested in an electric bicycle factory in mainland China and began producing electric motorcycles and electric bicycles. Manufacturing brought a deeper understanding of the products behind every order, from components and assembly to configuration and quality.

Understanding a product means understanding how it is made.
