01 / GENERAL INSPECTION

Check the batch.
See what needs attention.

General inspection is included in both Pro and Basic plans. We review an agreed sample of the goods and record findings against the order specification.

For products that need a closer review, choose full inspection. Each item is checked within the agreed scope, and items needing attention are separated for supplier follow-up.

WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS ATTENTION

Find it. Record it.
Agree what happens next.

  1. 01Identify

Record the item and the issue with photos or measurements.

  2. 02Coordinate

Review correction, rework or replacement with the supplier.

  3. 03Recheck

Confirm the agreed action before arranging dispatch.

Inspection scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for your order. Sampling and full inspection do not guarantee zero defects or replace product-specific laboratory testing. Any rework, replacement or compensation terms are confirmed in the quotation or agreement.

A CONNECTED PROCUREMENT WORKFLOW

Six parts of a better-defined purchase.

Choose the work your request needs. Scope, supplier capability and any specialist tasks are reviewed before proceeding.

01 / SUPPLIER SOURCING

Bring the requirement, not a finished supplier list.

Product links, photos, application and target quantities help focus the search. Compare feasible options against the same brief.

  • Product and supplier options
  • MOQ, specifications and lead-time questions
02 / SAMPLES & PRODUCT DECISIONS

Make the next decision with a sample.

Review fit, finish, material and packaging before deciding on the larger order. Record the details that need to stay consistent.

  • Sample configuration and freight
  • Your evaluation and approval points
03 / PRODUCT FIT & CUSTOMIZATION

Find an existing product. Identify what needs changing.

Start with available products and compare how closely they match your brief. If branding, engineering or tooling is needed, continue with the dedicated customization solution.

  • Standard product and configuration comparison
  • A clear handoff for custom requirements
04 / ORDER COORDINATION

Keep the order tied to agreed details.

Align the selected specification, quantities, supplier milestones and packing instructions so the next action is clear.

  • Order requirements and milestones
  • Progress updates and open questions
05 / QUALITY CONTROL

Check products before dispatch.

Use general inspection or request item-by-item checks. Record findings and coordinate supplier follow-up before shipment.

  • General or full inspection
  • Evidence and issue-resolution steps
06 / CONSOLIDATION & SHIPPING

Plan around the destination, not just dispatch.

Review packing, cargo readiness and consolidation options. Include FBA or third-party warehouse instructions when relevant.

  • Dimensions, weight and destination
  • Handling, freight and responsibility split

FROM DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS TO YOUR DESTINATION

Several products.
A coordinated shipping brief.

Mixed purchasing needs more than a collection of unit prices. Supplier readiness, carton sizes, handling and the destination all affect the plan.

Bring your delivery address or warehouse instructions—including Amazon FBA or a 3PL brief where relevant—so preparation and freight can be assessed together.

ANSWERS BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

China sourcing, explained.

Clear answers to help you prepare a focused request.

What does a China sourcing partner help with?

ANKA helps turn a product request into a purchasing brief, review supplier options and coordinate agreed sample, order and delivery steps. Quality checks, development and handling tasks are scoped separately for your product.

Can I start with a link, photo or an existing supplier?

Yes. Send the reference or supplier details you are authorized to share, together with your quantity and destination. We can review new sourcing or discuss coordination with your existing supplier.

Which product categories can I request?

Electric mobility, home and living, outdoor products and other categories can be discussed. Requests outside the catalog are reviewed for supplier availability, destination requirements and project suitability.

How much does China sourcing cost?

The Pro Plan has no separate service fee; service costs are included in the product unit price. The Basic Plan service fee is 5% of product value, with a $100 minimum. General inspection is included in both plans; full inspection labor is $5 per hour. Freight and optional work are quoted separately.

Can I order samples or mix products from different suppliers?

Both can be reviewed. Sample availability, per-item minimum quantities, supplier locations and shipment readiness determine what can be combined. Discuss handling costs before placing several small orders.

Can you help with private label or product development?

Share your artwork, packaging references or specification changes. We review supplier feasibility and sample requirements; tooling and full OEM / ODM development require an agreed project scope.

How do general and full inspection differ?

General inspection reviews a sample of the batch and is included in both plans. Full inspection checks each item within an agreed scope and is charged at $5 per labor hour. Agree acceptance criteria, reporting and estimated hours before work begins; neither method guarantees zero defects.

Can goods be prepared for Amazon FBA or a third-party warehouse?

Share the destination facility and current packing, labeling and booking requirements. We can assess the requested coordination and preparation work. Labeling, freight, customs and destination acceptance are confirmed separately.

Do you offer credit terms or guaranteed compensation?

Payment stages, claims and any credit arrangements require a separate written agreement. This page does not offer automatic credit, unrestricted returns or guaranteed compensation.
