A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before you
start.

Every request has its own product, quantity and destination. Here’s what to expect.

Can I order just one or two units?

Yes, for many products. Sample availability and minimum quantities vary by product, supplier and customization requirements. Tell us the product and quantity you have in mind.

Can I put my own logo on a sample?

Simple branding may be available, including logo stickers, labels and selected printing methods. We will check feasibility, printing minimums and any additional setup costs.

Can I request changes to a small batch of products?

Yes. Existing colors, fabrics, materials, accessories or minor details can be reviewed with suppliers. More complex changes may require a higher minimum order or a separate development project.

Can I inspect or disassemble a sample?

Samples can be purchased for evaluation, including technical inspection. Discuss destructive testing or disassembly in advance, as it may affect warranty and return eligibility.

Do I have to place a bulk order afterward?

No. A sample or trial order does not require a commitment to purchase in bulk.

How are sample prices and shipping worked out?

Product costs, branding or setup charges and freight are confirmed for your request. Samples may have a higher unit cost than bulk orders. Delivery options depend on size, weight, destination and availability.
