01 / STOCK THAT FITS THE ORDER

Start with availability.
Then plan delivery.

An overseas warehouse is useful when the right product is available in the right place. We confirm the item, variant and current stock before you commit.

  • Check the product and warehouse location
  • Confirm stock quantity and any allocation requirements
  • Review local delivery coverage, cost and lead time

From a shelf
to a customer.

Direct dispatch can connect a product held overseas with a customer order. The process is agreed around the product, handling needs and delivery area.

  • Agree order information and fulfillment responsibilities
  • Review available packing, labeling and carrier options
  • Confirm tracking and exception-handling arrangements

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before your
first dispatch.

Is every catalog product held in an overseas warehouse?

No. Overseas stock is specific to the product, variant and location. Confirm current availability before placing an order.

Can you ship one order directly to my customer?

For eligible products and destinations, direct dispatch can be reviewed. Minimums, handling charges and delivery coverage are confirmed in advance.

Do I need to buy or reserve inventory?

The arrangement depends on the product and fulfillment model. Purchase, stock reservation, storage and replenishment terms are agreed for your project.

Can you guarantee a delivery time?

Estimated dispatch and transit times depend on the warehouse, product and carrier. We confirm the available service for the destination; a general page estimate is not an order-specific guarantee.

Can I use custom or neutral packaging?

We can check what is practical for the product and warehouse. Packaging supplies, minimum quantities, setup and handling charges may apply.

How do returns and damaged deliveries work?

Agree the return eligibility, destination, claim process and support responsibilities before fulfillment begins. These vary by product and market.

Is there an automatic store integration?

Order handoff is confirmed during setup. We do not assume that your store has a live API or automatic stock connection until the integration has been agreed and tested.
